The hostel provided a comfortable and homely atmosphere, with curtains on the beds for added privacy. The outdoor common area was beautifully designed, offering a relaxing space to socialize with other guests. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel also had a kitchen with cooking facilities, which was convenient for those who wanted to prepare their own meals. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, attached to each dorm room.
The hostel was located a bit far from the center of Ubud, requiring a 30-minute walk. There were some issues with noise, as guests were sometimes woken up early in the morning by noise outside the dorm rooms.

Great value and clean, with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The hostel offers two types of mixed dorm rooms, one with capsule-style beds and the other with open bunk beds. This gives guests options for socializing or privacy. The common areas are welcoming and beautifully designed. The hostel also rents motorbikes at a reasonable price, which is convenient for exploring the area.
The hostel has some drawbacks, including a lack of hot water showers and small serving sizes in the kitchen. The location is not near the center of the city, requiring a 40-minute walk or alternative transportation.

I had a wonderful time at Halaman Depan! The private "cabins" beds were comfortable and provided just the right amount of privacy. The location was great, not too far from the center of Ubud. I rented a motorbike from the homestay and explored the beautiful spots in the north area. The staff was lovely, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food at the hostel was delicious too! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant environment.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.
